How to Play
Ludo is played on a square board with a distinctive cross-and-circle layout. Here’s a quick overview of how to play:
- Setting Up: Each player selects a color and places their four pieces in the corresponding starting area. The objective is to move all your pieces from the starting area to the home column.
- Rolling the Dice: Players take turns rolling a single die. To move a piece from the starting area to the starting square, a player must roll a six. If a six is rolled, the player gets an extra turn.
- Moving Pieces: Players move their pieces around the board based on the number rolled on the die. The first player to move all their pieces to the home column wins the game.
- Capturing Opponents: If a player lands on a square occupied by an opponent's piece, that piece is sent back to its starting area, adding an element of strategy and competition.
